  • Corner Radius: The corner radius is a very important parameter that we need to consider in these applications. The available corner radius values are between 0.008″ to 0.045″. You can find different sizes of them from different sellers.
  • Cutter Diameter: This is the total diameter of the milling tool. In general, the diameters are according to the standards of the holes in the inch system. It is between 1/8″ to 1/2″.
  • Number of Flutes: The effect of the flute number is the level of finish and the rough cuts. If you will make rough cuts, you can use 2 flute cutters. And if you want to obtain much better surface characteristics you can use 3 or 4 flutes.
  • Coating: Also coating on the bull nose end mill applications is another important thing to consider. You can use the uncoated applications in low quantities use on soft materials. But also, TiN-coated bull nose end mill systems are available for serial production in heavy-duty applications. The TiN coating provides very good crossing and abrasion resistance.
  • Material: Both carbide and cobalt steel applications are available. According to the material that you will use, you need to choose one of these materials.
  • Lebntg of Cut: The maximum cutting length is very important for applications.
  • Shank Diameter: The diameter of the shank application that you will use for these applications.
  • Helix Angle: 30 and 35 degrees of helix angles are available.
